Two more young male Irish greyhounds were found in Spain. They were for sale but unfortunately we were too late, they have already been sold. Mad about Alex was only 2 in September and Bad to the Bone is only two and a half. We have rescued over ten Irish greyhounds from Spain in the last 10 months, 3 have tested positive for Leish, 6 needed massive dentals, two boys had horrific scars and they have all been underweight with poor body condition and completely mentally broken. These dogs don’t deserve this and for some reason people believed no more Irish dogs were going to Spain but we have found around 400/500 are going and many are passed to breeders in Portugal as well.
